ASI has confirmed that there is a problem with some, not all, police and fire pensioners COLA on the January 30 pension check/direct deposit. They have committed to correcting this on MONDAY January 29. Check the APFMA.org web page Monday to learn what they will do to correct this.

We are making this blog available to all City of Atlanta retirees, their spouses and beneficiaries, and their domestic partners as a customer service forum. We invite you to coment on recent customer service experiences you have had with the City of Atlanta Employee Benefits Division, Pension Section and health insurance providers.
Firefighters and Police Officers pension fund members can comment on the customer service experiences they have had with ASI. (The third party administrator providing pension services for the Police and Fire pension boards)
